The year is 2008. From Amsterdam, a father and his son embark on an extraordinary journey to Istanbul - the city known as the world capital of hair transplantation.
Şükrü Genco, a pediatrician and entrepreneur with years of experience in the Netherlands, and his son Bünyamin, then 20 years old, travel to Turkey in search of knowledge and expertise. In the old center of Istanbul, they meet a hair technician who would forever change their vision of hair transplantation.
The Turning Point
There was one treatment that Bünyamin would never forget. A woman with thin hair, nervous but hopeful. What should have been a caring experience became an ordeal.
The team worked like a factory: fast, efficient, but without empathy. No breaks. No listening ear. Just haste.
That day Bünyamin made a decision: if he ever had his own clinic, everything would be different. Not faster. Not cheaper. But more human.
