LOFT eyebrow transplant
A precise hair transplant in which individual hair follicles are placed to permanently restore thin, unevenly shaped or partially missing eyebrows. Not simply more hair, but an eyebrow that looks natural: with the right direction, angle and density, suited to your face.
- Single grafts, hair by hair
- Natural direction, angle and density
- Lasting own hair, no pigment
The LOFT approach
What is LOFT and what makes this eyebrow transplant different?
LOFT stands for a refined approach that focuses on the natural placement of grafts, with very small incisions and a controlled implantation angle. With eyebrows, the direction of growth is crucial: the hairs often lie almost flat against the skin and change direction subtly between the head, the arch and the tail. That is why single grafts and a carefully designed pattern are used.
The way density is built up also differs from the scalp. An eyebrow calls for a gradual transition, often lighter at the start and with more definition towards the arch and the tail. This makes LOFT less of a standard transplant and more a form of aesthetic reconstruction, in which symmetry and character take the lead.
Single grafts
One hair per follicular unit, so every hair is placed individually and with precision.
Very small incisions
Minimal incisions with a controlled, very flat implantation angle.
Micro-orientation
The direction changes subtly between the head, arch and tail, just like a natural eyebrow.
Real, own hair
A genuine transplant, not pigment like microblading or PMU.
Aesthetic reconstruction
Density is built up gradually, guided by symmetry and character. A lasting result.
Suitability
Who is a LOFT eyebrow transplant suitable for (and when is it not)?
This treatment is suitable for people dealing with excessive plucking in the past, scars, asymmetry, congenitally thin eyebrows or hair loss caused by, for example, trauma or a skin condition that has since stabilised. A transplant can also be a lasting solution for uneven growth or visible gaps, especially when make-up, microblading or serums do not deliver enough. It is important, however, that the skin is calm and that sufficient suitable donor hair is available.
Not everyone is an ideal candidate. With active skin inflammation, unstable alopecia areata, untreated trichotillomania or expectations that go beyond the natural limits of eyebrow density, caution is wise. A good intake therefore looks not only at the desired shape, but also at the cause, the stability and the expected growth pattern in the longer term.
Often suitable for
- Excessive plucking in the past
- Scars or visible gaps
- Asymmetry or uneven growth
- Congenitally thin eyebrows
- Hair loss after trauma or a now stable skin condition
Caution advised with
- Active skin inflammation
- Unstable alopecia areata
- Untreated trichotillomania
- Expectations beyond the natural limits of eyebrow density
During the free consultation we assess the cause, the stability and the expected growth pattern, so you know in advance what is realistic.

LOFT or microblading and PMU?
Microblading or PMU can quickly add visual volume, but it remains pigment rather than real hair structure. A transplant brings back texture and 3D density.

Maintenance
Combining is sometimes possible too: first a transplant for real hairs and later, if desired, a subtle pigment correction for extra definition.
Results
Natural looks, symmetry and long-term maintenance
A successful LOFT eyebrow transplant gives a soft, natural eyebrow that suits your face and expressions. Perfect symmetry is rarely the goal, because natural eyebrows almost always differ slightly from each other. The aim is a harmonious balance: a shape that opens up your eyes, supports the right expression and strengthens the existing brow line. Density is built up realistically, so you get a believable gradient rather than an overly solid, drawn-on look.
Long-term maintenance mainly consists of trimming and possibly light styling, for example with a brow gel, to guide the direction of the hairs. With scars or a very thin starting point, a second session can sometimes be worthwhile to create extra density, depending on healing and the available donor capacity. Good planning prevents disappointment and preserves the natural look.
A LOFT eyebrow transplant is above all a choice for precision and the long term: natural hair growth, a shape that suits your face and a result you don't have to draw on again every morning.
