  • Incidents and emergencies: For monitoring care quality, incidents are analyzed. In case of serious emergencies, we are obliged to report this to the Health and Youth Care Inspectorate (IGJ).

Security and Confidentiality

We handle your personal data carefully, safely, and confidentially. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, or unauthorized access. Our systems are secured in accordance with NEN7510/ISO 27001 and are only accessible to a select group of employees. All our employees and hired third parties have a strict duty of confidentiality.
